20,000 QANTAS POINTS WITH A NEW AUSTRALIANSUPER ACCONT

Updated: Feb 16, 2019

Australia's largest industry super fund, AustralianSuper, recently partnered with Qantas to offer 20,000 bonus Qantas Points to new members.

To be eligible for this offer, you must join AustralianSuper through this link before 5 May 2019 and contribute at least $350 to the account within the first six months of your new membership.

Once the above criteria has been met the bonus points will land in to your Qantas account within 2-3 months. There is no minimum term you need to stay with them but I suggest keeping the new fund open at least until the bonus points land.

NOTE: If you're not already a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can use one of the links here to join for free.

This is a great way to earn 20,000 bonus points if you are willing to spend 5 minutes opening a new super account and depositing $350 to the account. Remember you will not be able to withdraw the $350 (or more) contribution until you retire but can always transfer the amount to any super fund of your choice.

Depending on how long you will keep your account active, the cost for this offer will vary per person. AustralianSuper charges $1.50 per week for their administration fee and this will increase to $2.25 per week from 30 March 2019. There is also a $35 exist fee if you choose to close the account and transfer your funds away to another super fund.

You can view all the T&C and FAQ on the offer page here.

Super fund fees can be found here.

Fee increases can be found here.
