Virgin Australia and American Express just launched a promotion which provides Amex Velocity card members up to 30% off selected domestic flights and 25% off selected international Virgin Australia operated flights. The deal applies to selected routes in economy, premium economy and business class tickets and will run until 31 March 2019.
One of my favourite perks of being an American Express card holder is the regular discounts on offer at some of Australia's biggest and best brands/stores. You would normally have to accept the offer by registering your Amex card but this time round, it seems like non-card members can also have access to this deal.
Anyone can access this promotion by clinking through this link: AMERICAN EXPRESS DISCOUNT - the discount code "AMX19" will automatically be applied - if it doesn't, then type it in.
Once you get search results back for the flight you want, the discount will be automatically applied to eligible fares and it will be marked with a little "promo" tag on them.
